About the event
Grow Together Bucks are delighted to be working with Ash Hill School this year to help them repair their beautiful growing space to make it safe and ready to teach practical growing skills to pupils in the Summer.
We do not have the resource to complete this work on our own and so physical help from people like yourself, is vital to enable the school to rejuvenate this tired but wonderful garden. Activities will include repairing the six growing beds, clearing weeds from all the beds, enriching the soil with rotted manure and compost and planting some flowers to attract bees and other pollinators.
Drinks, home made cakes and biscuits will be provided. Please wear suitable clothing for gardening and robust footwear (such as trainers or walking boots).
