Corporate Volunteer Co-ordinator

Grow Together Bucks is a small not for profit Community Interest Company based in High Wycombe. We are seeking a volunteer to join us who will relish the opportunity to help co-ordinate our Corporate Community Volunteering Days and play an active role in developing the project to help us engage and mobilise a much wider audience within the community.

 

This role facilitates local community collaboration from within. You will be engaging with companies from an administrative capacity, communicating, co-ordinating and engaging them, helping them to actively participate and contribute to the local community and environment we live in. 

 

Gaining new experience and developing business connections locally within multiple industry sectors may well also provide valuable contacts for now and in the future. 

 

Where 

• The role is predominantly home-based

• Monthly meeting with the rest of the Grow Together team is welcomed but not required if inconvenient

• Meeting our corporate community volunteers as part of the Grow Together Team during community volunteering days is also a voluntary aspect of the role but not a requirement.

• All Community Volunteering Projects currently operate within South Buckinghamshire (High Wycombe & surrounding areas.)

• Access to/use of a car is not required

• If you do have a car, any mileage expenses incurred as part of the role will be reimbursed 

 

Time 

• Flexible, home-based Office/admin 1-2 hours a week.

• Opportunities for participation in Volunteering events with the Grow Together team (usually half a day including travel, up to twice a month) would be arranged within normal office hours.​​
